From January 1, 2023, we provide access to the Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter online by connecting to the Translator Migam service. The service is available from the website of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodship Office in Olsztyn.
The link to the connection is in the upper right corner of the website. The service operates from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
After establishing a video call via the website, the interpreter will make a telephone call on behalf of the deaf person.
The service works directly from web browsers without the need to install additional software.

Architectural accessibility

Warmia and Mazury Voivodeship Office in Olsztyn, al. M. J. Piłsudskiego 7/9, 10-575 Olsztyn

There are 3 entrances for customers to the building: two from ul. Kopernika and one from al. Piłsudskiego. Stairs lead to three entrances. There are ramps for wheelchairs at the two entrances. Ramps are located at the entrances, near which customers will solve the most cases. We are equipped with a stair climber, which will provide access for a wheelchair user to enter the stage in the conference room with the assistance of a trained employee. The office is also equipped with a wheelchair, which can be made available at any time.

The building has three passenger lifts with voice messages and Braille.

Lifts provide access to all rooms (except for a few technical rooms) on all floors of the building. In the event of a power failure, we use a stairclimber .

At the two entrances there are security posts that also serve as information points. In the main hall, near the entrance, there is a Customer Service Point with access without architectural barriers.

Toilets for the disabled are located on each floor of the building, toilet doors are marked. Equipment adapted to the requirements of disabled people.

There are 4 parking spaces for the disabled in front of the building.

The building and all its rooms can be entered with an assistance dog and a guide dog. The entrance door to the building is marked in this regard. With two entrances, the door opens automatically.

The stairs are marked with a contrasting tape: the first and last step in each flight, also outside.

There are 3 entrances to the building: one entrance for customers from ul. Wojska Polskiego, two entrances from the property-parking lot. Stairs lead to two entrances. At the main entrance from ul. Wojska Polskiego there is a ramp for wheelchairs.

The building has a passenger lift, which is on the side of the PWSZ in Elbląg, but it can be used by the clients of the office. A passenger lift provides access to the rooms where office employees work.

At the entrance to the Delegation, there is a security desk that serves as an information point.

Toilets for the disabled are located on each floor of the building, toilet doors are marked. Equipment adapted to the requirements of disabled people.
